Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela National General Insurance (Winston-Salem, NC) em fev. de 2009
Entrevista
It was a phone interview many years ago so I dont think it will help now. There are many phone interviews that take place so it is difficult to say how the full process takes place and I would be guessing but heard it is not very grueling. I think they prefer phone to screen out candidates and avoid costs of bringing people to the office.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa National General Insurance (Dallas, TX).

First contact was with recruiter who suggested the position to me based on my resume after I applied for a completely different position.
Next was a 2 person interview with managers , lasted about an hour. They asked the general “tell me about a time when” questions & answered my questions about average workday and their expectations of the individuals they select for the position. All went well , was moved up to final level interview with one individual who said she was the head of this particular department. Two 1 hour long interviews later & they ghosted me.
Obviously I was a good enough candidate to be recommended from recruiter then further recommended by the original 2 interviewers , only to be ghosted in the end with not so much as a “we have selected another candidate”.
It was a waste of time & I truly hope they fix this system

The process took too long. The questions were bland and some didn't make much sense. The follow up was very long as well. Wasn't very impressed with the process on.
