Extremely long process - I was referred by a recruiter and had to take a Wonderlic and financial math test by hand, proctored on webcam. About a week later I interviewed with two managers, I didn't think this interview went particularly well but I was moved along in the process to two more senior managers the next week. I was then flown out to Omaha (they paid and it was stressed that not doing this was a dealbreaker) and interviewed for the better part of a day by various groups of supervisors and then was told later in the week they would not be extending an offer. The process overall was fine and everyone was pleasant but requiring an in-person visit before any offer is even finalized is a pretty huge hurdle to overcome on short notice while employed.

Questions were fairly standard - kind of hard to pick out any notable ones after such a long process with so many people involved.

Well, I didn’t even get to the formal interview process. This company makes you take an IQ assessment and a math test. I was asked if I would be willing to take the assessment to ensure I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time, I figured it would be just something they emailed me. But no- it’s a proctored IQ test followed by a math test. That I had to drive an hour to get to. The recruiter, in typical chauvinistic male style told me before the test “haha, these are put in place to see if you have the smarts that Warren Buffet wants at his company”. The Wonderlic (IQ test) was fine- but then they have you doing calculus level math, without a calculator??! For an insurance adjuster job? You only get 10 minutes to do this math test, while a few of the questions are not overly complicated, they are multi step and have to be done by hand. Then the rest got into exponents on square roots and long division.. again.. 10 minutes for 20 questions and by hand.. no calculator. They straight set you up for failure 🥴
I was told I didn’t pass the math test, so I don’t get to proceed to the actual interview process. IMO this is Completely superficial and the company shoots themselves in the foot by missing out on talent, because they’re out here judging fish by how well it can climb a tree… pitiful.

HR is pretty lame. They yawn through the interview. Then, based on your age, you may or may not get a second interview. They care about very trivial things, like your GPA in college.
