I put in an application and received an email the same day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was just under 30 minutes. It somewhat felt like an interrogation, asking my why I left my last job, how my job search is going, how long I've been looking for a job. Other questions were pretty standard but felt a little more in depth than what you get in a phone interview. The told me the next steps and when I would hear back.

Introductory interview. The recruiter asked me about my current and previous work experience. Went through the job description and asked how many other jobs I was currently interviewing for. Also asked if I had any questions for him. When they pick their top candidates, they will have them come into the office for an in person interview.
