Each Hiring Manager (there used to be multiple, separately-managed product marketing teams) had his/her own interview process. Mine was more technical than most. I had two meetings with the hiring manager answering questions and having discussions. I then met with multiple R&D and marketing leaders to prepare a 15-minute presentation on a new product that was releasing in 6 months.

it was grilling and I was asked questions about the latest wireless standards and protocols. i was also asked questions about business and finance.I was further asked to make a product strategy and present it to the product management team at Austin.
