The interview process took about 1 month. I was first approached by the local recruiter and had an informal phone interview. After that they forwarded my resume to NI and then the first interview was arranged.
The first interview has been done on the Google Hangout with the Team Lead and then one of the Web Systems Engineer team member. The session took about an hour and during this session I have been asked about my job responsibilities, my experiences and my knowledge.
A week later, the second interview was arranged also in Google Hangout. This time, the entire team members of Web Systems Engineer involved together with the Team Manager as well as Team Lead. Each of the team members had asked at least one question which included a lot of technical questions. The entire session took about an hour as well.
The last session was at the NI office in Batu Maung. During this session, I had been interviewed by the IT Infrastructure Manager and one of the Manager. After the session, I had a lunch with the IT Team and then had a site tour to their state-of-the-art gymnasium, manufacturing department etc. It took about 1 hour for the entire session.
