After going through all the interview steps they said I got the job and I will receive my employment contract, which never came! Called back, got the "someone is on vacation" excuse, but the contract never came, there has been 2 months.

There are 2 rounds, a written one, where you code an algorithm online, and a spoken one where they ask you diverse scenarios and technical things.
