Managed the interview well if you know your skills. But surprised to know there are roles similar to what I applied already existing in the org. Means the roles has been split into different managers to do. Very uncomfortable with this setting, as it will mean that when business is not doing well "last in fast out". So decided to withdraw after round one interview.
