A call is had with a non lawyer HR person. Then a video interview with the manager and HR The decision was communicated by telephone It was easy for the first stage, there didnt seem much point to it honestly. The second stage was being grilled on legal questions around care proceedings and meeting target. Overall pretty easy

Asked about experience in family law, what legal aid is and competency questions such as ability to be able to work with vulnerable clients etc. The people were friendly and it was overall a pleasant experience
