There was no interview. The recruiter reached out on a Friday, I responded to the email. Monday morning about 8am, I was invited to a call at 11am. As I sit waiting for a phone call, I see an email from recruiter sent at 9:30am stating the position was filled. That in of itself is weird, what is rude is the recruiter did not apologize for any inconvenience.

The DOP was very engaged in the interview process, asked to the point questions and allowed me to share my experiences outside of just the resume. Very comfortable atmosphere and honest dialogue.
