THe application on usajobs was a very extensive and tedious one, but once it was filled out, it didn't leave many questions for the interviewer. Got a phone call to set up a time and place for interview within a week. The interview lasted about an hour. They asked you questions about what you know about the job, previous experience you may have that would benefit them with the new position, if offered to you. Preliminary "why do you want to work for NPS?" Easy interview with a great guy who would end up being my boss.
