Was invited to complete an assessment interview a few days after applying. At the end of the assessment you get the results, I scored very high on the assessment so I was excited for the next steps. To my surprise I was completely ghosted after that long process. Have never been so insulted in my entire career. Why would you guys waste people's time in such a way? At the minimum you can let applicants know that they're not under consideration. The assessment interview was like an hour plus long, unbelievable.
