over 200 question 4 part assessment, huge waste of time, to never land an interview. I wish I could have my time back. People are tired, we don't need to do logic puzzles if we have CPA after our name - obviously we have immense logic and reasoning skills....

I completed a 200 question assessment over a month ago and never heard from them. They called it a brief assessment. Why is a 200 question assessment the first step in a recruitment process? Why is it even a step? Complete waste of time.
