I interviewed for two different positions. The first was through Hirevue and incredibly difficult for me. The questions were all technical but a lot of them did not relate directly to that position. The second was over the phone with the one of the department HR. Those questions were mostly situational to gauge problem solving skills. A tad technical but actually related to that job title. I got an offer for the latter.
