Lengthy and unpleasant it’s basically an interrogation with very mean and unfriendly people. The tactics they deploy are unnecessary. I declined my offer during the testing phase because I didn’t feel that anyone should have to tolerate the type of behavior that was being displayed towards me. This may just be something they display towards minorities.
