The interview process consisted of a pre-screen call with their recruiter, a virtual interview with two project managers/leads and a final in-person panel interview with a larger team (6 people). The in-person interview lasted for over an hour and it two of the interviewers were doing a lot of the talking; not necessarily asking questions, but doing a lot of talking about the company, the current problems that the team is having and how they are trying to address those problems. During the hour-plus long interview, I had maybe a total of 5 questions.
