I was offered to apply for this role through a staffing agency. The role paid $16/hr...Did a job application through a link the recruiter sent, relatively standard job application, except they wanted my LinkedIn and resume to match exactly. They were pretty similar but I had a couple items on my LinkedIn that weren't on my resume since they were not as relevant as my other experiences. I also had to do an exercise after I moved forward in the process after completing the job application. Again, moved forward in the process and was invited to do a virtual one way interview. I did not make it past this stage but there was supposedly another interview to be done had I made it past the virtual interview.
