Two interviews one phone and one in person. Basic interview questions. Had a phone interview Monday and Tuesday had the in person interview. I interviewed with the ADOA and then with the Director of Enrollment. It was basic interview questions. Mostly they wanted to see if you can have a normal conversation to get to know one another. There could have been a role play, but my interview did not have that,
