The first step was a brief telephone interview with HR. That immediately led to the scheduling of a second interview. The second interview was with the Registrar and one of the Assistant Registrars. It was rather casual. the questions were standard. I believe it lasted about an hour. Two days later, I was offered and accepted the position.
