Had a phone screening interview first and it was followed by an interview with the hiring supervisor. The supervisor liked me and said the next steps were meeting the team and then meeting with her supervisor (I believe the CMO). During my group interview, I felt like some of the team members was asking questions that did not pertain to the role or was just trying to trip me. Also, I offered my thoughts on diversity and it wasn't well received. They took it as a threat. I'm a person of color interviewing with a group of white people. I never got to meet the CMO.
