1. Received an email to schedule a phone screening call, and we quickly scheduled a date / time. 2. Recruiter never called on scheduled date / time. So I sent a follow up email asking if I was still in consideration and if we can reschedule. 3. Recruiter emailed days later apologizing asking if they can call that day. I said yes. We spoke for about 5-10 minutes in which I shared my teaching experience. She asked about my availability the following week for a Zoom call. We decided a date, and they said that they would email me a specific time. 4. A few days later I get an automated email saying my application was not selected. Honestly, it was a frustrating and unprofessional process. I understand they must be swamped, but I was initially ghosted on the phone call, then falsely told I would have a Zoom call. I will continue to look at them for potential employment opportunities, but this was a disappointing experience with poor communication.
