There was a quick phone screen followed by a 30-minute meeting with a group of 4 that I would be working with. They were all very nice. However, the reason I am giving this a negative rating is because they never got back to me either way, even though they said they would.

If you are in a hurry to get a job you might want to look elsewhere. If you will be working internally, usually multiple departments will be interviewing you in a group setting. Which means they might not all 100 percent understand what you will be doing and mostly asking questions about how you can help their team, not necessarily department-specific questions.
