Entrevista
Long winded interview process. Phone interview first through Hays Recruitment, then a few more calls to them and Nationwide for various interviews. One to get you put forward to Nationwide, that's the basic questions of why you want the role, why work for Nationwide etc. The second one was a call back from Nationwide for a proper interview, then they call you again and put you forward to interview, someone else calls you to set that up.
Then the interview was an hour and a half and included a role play at the end

Really quick. The intervoew was very easy, really straight forward questions. What you know about Nationwide and all of that. It was also in a cool.and friendly envirinment. The manager was really nice.
