3 stage process, really slick, very friendly and open. 1st stage was an information share and meet. 2nd stage was a presentation and interview. 3rd stage was a follow up interview with another member of the team. The process gave me a good insight into the role and the society, it enabled me to meet three members of the resourcing leadership team and for me to ask lots of questions. I found the team open and transparent, and very approachable. The questions they asked felt very genuine and respectful also and each stage got me even more fired up about wanting to work for Nationwide. Overall a really good experience.
