Initially the principal agent discovered I obtained my life insurance license. After speaking with him at church, I decided to meet him at the office. Once I got in office, spoke with Principal agent to discuss my contacts and goals. Meeting was productive and expectations were outlined. Interviewer was personal friend so interview only lasted 15 minutes.
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.

Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
it was brief and the lady didn’t ask me many questions. She seemed very uninterested and bored in the interview. I was happy when it was over. I am now working at McDonalds and I am sad.
