Entrevista
Overall a negative and unprofessional experience. When I arrived I found that someone had entered my interview time incorrectly. Thankfully they worked it out. Someone came to get me but never introduced themselves and could not locate the interview room, nor would they ask someone for directions. I finally asked a security guard for help. Once I was taken to the room I was told “<Name> will be with you shortly.” The name was not the person I was told I’d be interviewing with. Then 3 people came in. Apparently it was a panel interview which they had failed to mention, instead telling me in all prior conversations (email and phone) that I’d be meeting with the hiring manager. That was the one person who wasn’t there! After responding to your standard questions I then asked them a few questions. When we wrapped up I was told they’d follow up within the next week. After one week passed I reached out to the recruiter for a status. I continued to reach out weekly for 5 weeks with no response. Absolutely nothing. Then as the sixth week approached I received a form email stating they were moving forward with other candidates. All in all it was poorly managed and executed from start to finish.

Entrevista
Interview process was formal, STAR questions and answers. Interview was for 45 mins with multiple people in the interview. The process was easy from the invitation being sent out by the recruiter to locating the meeting room.
