Job Shadow and phone interview. was able to shadow multiple times with all three departments within ISS. Then there was a phone interview which lasted about an hour and the questions were fairly average.

It was a phone interview with 2 of the managers. It is an entry level job, so the questions were pretty basic. They just asked about me and my experience with customer service.
