the process was pretty easy, conducted over the phone then via teleconference, interviewers were nice and easy to talk to, asked some standardized questions but also personal questions to determine if I'd be a good personality fit. Had to take a personality test which is very important to take seriously as it does play a large role in the determination if an offer will be extended
