Since it was through a contract agency, I spoke with them first. Pretty standard interview, then I did a phone interview with management at the Associate Service Center. When I asked about the possibility of a full-time opening when my contract was complete, the manager stated, "There's going to be 8-12 contractors just like yourself competing for any opening we have.
