The interview process was structured in two rounds and overall quite straightforward. The interviewers were professional and approachable, which made the experience comfortable. The discussions were mostly focused on basic M&A concepts, past experiences, and general fit. There was also an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the team. Overall, the process was smooth and well organized.

There are six interviews back to back. The interviews were fairly technical going into the depth of Fixed Income, SPV, the methodology of pricing, destressed credit. The first couple of interviews are with the senior members with focus on technicals. After the interviews are with junior members with focus on motivational questions.
