Very disorganized. They asked interview questions that are grounds for discrimination. Follow up was unprofessional. Owner failed to meet her own timeline for a 2nd interview, hiring window & further conversation. The owner would routinely text at 7:30 in the morning stating her availability to talk for the following 1 hour time-block, but then ghost my reply. Owner was never available to speak, except for her early morning short notice so I suggested that we set an appointment. Never happened. Finally, the owner asked if I’d be willing to accept a wage $3 lower than the advertised starting wage. I declined.
