I had a screening call and two interviews which all went really well. The people that I spoke to were well prepared, nice and professional. The only downside is that the communication fell apart after my 2nd Interview - I sent 3 emails and LinkedIn messages to the Recruiters I was in touch with, who did not contact me back at all after. After more than a month, I got an automated reply to say the role was not filled. I feel that I was owed at least a personalised message or feedback passed on as to why I didn’t get it, as I was close to the last stages.
