I applied via email. That evening I received an email that directed me to schedule my interview. Afterwards, I received a reminder email from the owner, Diana. I arrived at 9:30am sharp and Diana conducted a group interview before the individual interviews. Diana is great! She made everyone feel equally important and constantly made contact with all of us regardless of age, sex or race. She laughed, smiled and explained everything very well. I got the feeling that she was happy to be there versus being annoyed that she was having to interview us.
