There is an hour or so interview with a hiring team. If you are selected to move forward, the technical interview is scheduled. There is a time limit on responding to the technical interview.

Entrevista
The HR and recruiting team was very professional and kind throughout the entire hiring process. I was nervous when I came in for my interview, but Karen (VP of HR) and Joyce (the HR manager) made me feel very welcome. I came in for an in-person interview, and met with the HR manager as well as my direct manager. As my position is entry-level, we briefly went over my abilities and dedication as well as personality fit. I thought the interview was conducted professionally, but I felt comfortable immediately.

Entrevista
The interview process was long, in terms of the in person. Although I was applying for a professional career, I had to take a typing test, write a customer service response letter, and take a test regarding my expertise in my field, which had a lot of academic questions, such as 'How does Maslow's Hierarch of needs relate to...'. After an hour of assessments, I interviewed with 5 people, had to show samples of my work, and and answer questions about an example case scenario/problem they faced.
I did not feel I was in the 'hot seat', but it was behavioral question after behavioral questions. I felt they were more interested in that they knowing my experience and the talent I could bring to the job. It would have been nice to have a balance.
