Just like the management interview review says, I was asked to do a Teams interview with the hiring manager. That went very well, so at the end she asked me to complete the Assessment and that the CEO would reach out to me directly for a final interview. I was ghosted at that point and never heard back from the CEO, hiring manager or recruiter who originally reached out to me about the opportunity. Very unprofessional.

They asked about my experience recruiting within the insurance industry, what my typical req load looks like, what ATS and sourcing tools I use, pretty standard questions.
