      Entrevista

      I applied through LinkedIn at the end of May. I was approached by a recruiter at the start of June and scheduled an initial call over Microsoft Teams. The first call was with the recruiter and it lasted 30 minutes. It contained general discussion about my career, interests, and future plans, and I also asked questions about the company. After a few days, I was given a take-home coding challenge with a deadline of a week. In the challenge, a document was provided as a set of requirements and I had to make a webapp and backend with the mentioned technologies. I made assumptions while solving it. After the coding challenge, I was given an AWS challenge to describe the short-comings in the provided architecture, and I had to design an alternate architecture. I was invited for the first technical interview with their two engineers. They provided me with feedback on the coding challenge and asked questions about it. They also reviewed my architecture for AWS. There were more general questions related to webapps, backends, databases, and AWS. The duration of this call was about 1.5 hours. Then I was invited for a second technical interview with two of their senior engineers. They asked about the job that I was doing at the time and questions from my resume. They also gave me a requirement description and asked me how I would implement that requirement and what tools I would use. After that, there were behavioral questions, and at the end, they showed me the presentation about the company teams, and how they work together, and I was given time to ask my questions as well. The duration of this call was about 1.5 hours. My final phone call was with the recruiter and hiring manager, who gave me feedback on my interview and asked how the interview process went and if there was anything that could be improved before extending me the job offer, which I accepted. I can not wait to take the next step in my career. The duration of this call was about 30 minutes. The overall process took about two months. In the end, I wanted to say that the recruiter was very helpful and responsive with all of the emails, as I asked a lot of questions and made the process really smooth.
