Very long process about 6 months from when I interviewed till I got hired. Applied in December got an interview in February and hired in July. Did the interview at the Washington Navy Yard in D.C., but had the choice of interviewing over the phone. The interview itself was a pretty basic interview since I was interviewing for a position that they teach you everything along the way. All you need is 30 or so credit hours in Accounting to be qualified for the job.

Interview process was poor. Interview was fairly easy, however, the interviewers trashed one of the contractors who I worked for which was not very professional. I was taken back and this should have been another red flag to not accept the job offer and go with a better employer.
