Easy on the spot interview process setup from a career fair. Follow up communication took months and multiple emails before an actual offer was sent. The federal hiring freeze severely delayed my actual start date and I ended up having three more identical interviews with different people.

It was a phone call that lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was asked a handful of questions and then given the chance to ask some of my own. It was relaxed and too stressful.

It was pretty fast and very informative. Interviewer was very laid back and easy to talk to, no complaints about anything. I liked the things they talked about at their company and what they did.
