Teams Meeting with 3 Potential Groups to work for. Super easy questions like what is OOP? Got offers from all 3 groups. Very stress free interview where the groups were "selling" their depts and why I should work there. Asked about my experience in software development coming out of college.

Received an email from the department head (Lead Software Engineer) to schedule an interview. The interview was med-easy, first asked some common behavioral questions. Then asked to solve two technical problems. One was to write a SQL Query to get the required results, and other was to debug the code for errors.

It was a very simple process. it was just a phone interview with the manager followed by 3 months of waiting for human resources to process the application and complete the hiring process.
