Initial phone screen with the recruiter. An additional phone screen with one of the operations manager. Last step was a tour of the facility and an interview with two of the operations managers
Couple of virtual interviews and I’d say that were pretty basic customer service type questions. Multiple interviews were conducted. Also brief periods between them. Overall if you are nice, smile and are customer driven it should be a breeze. Call center type interview questions.

Entrevista
Went through first phone call interview, then was invited for a final round in person. Had a very good chemistry with the recruiter, then had positive experience with the actual manager. Did a short shadowing with one of the employees. Obviously took a day off for it. All I got was an automated email saying no. Asked for a feedback, NO RESPONSE. Chased it but with no success. Very disappointed.

Entrevista
Everyone was very friendly, interviewer was amazing, didn't feel uncomfortable or nervous after talking to the interviewer. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming! The job is a dream job, and can't wait to start!
