What a waste of time! Recently went through multiple interview rounds. The hiring manager, who conducted the interviews was incredibly monotone and indecisive. His lack of enthusiasm was evident that it’s not someone I want to report to. Ultimately, I didn’t receive an offer, but I was more relieved than disappointed. The entire process left me questioning the leadership and the work environment at Navan.
