The role was for the growth department in Israel 80% from 20% back
first I had a call with the recruiter over the phone, and after I had a 30-minute Zoom meeting with the team lead of the team the role is for, she mostly explained the role, and the department and did a demo of the product, I asked question about the role and the recruiter called me back for the first technical interview - 1.5h interview with two programmers from the department they asked 3 live code questions:
1.Array of numbers find the first number that occurred less then 2 times
2.interface SetAllable - implement a class with TS that does setAll with O(1)
3. heavyCode function in a loop and how to improve it
at this point, I did only the first interview if ill continue to the next one ill update here.

The hiring manager seemed very disorganized and asked me about some of my experiences and when I would start to describe them she looked very impatient and would interrupt me and say no that's not what I was asking for I want you to tell about this other project that was on your resume. I felt like I had no dignity on the interview because she just seemed so irritated the whole time that I spoke I knew there was no way I could work under the hiring manager if this was the way that she talks to candidates.

Recruiter rounds (30mins) - discussed about the current role and responsibilities, and explained the hiring process
Hiring manager round (1 hr) - had some technical questions about current experience and about the project
Live coding round (1hr) - LeetCode question and you need to do it on the Coderpad

Unprofessional interview experience.
1) We did not even introduced ourselves. He directly jumped to the coding problem. I don't know why he did that. I even joined 2-3 mins before.
2) He gave me a problem and he struggled a lot to explain the problem statement. I did few cross questioning but he changed the question I don't know why. He said lets do another question.
then he gave me another leet code problem statement. I solved it but he was using leetcode tool at his end to verify the answers if all the test cases are passing. he told me that few are failing. I fixed it and he then said out of 212 test cases few are still failing and I got the solution to solve that failing scenario but he said I am not happy with this iterating approach of solving the problem. He was so rude. No one would like to work with this kind of people who disrespect others.
He wanted me to solve the problem in the first attempt. i couldn't do that and also my all test cases didn't pass. So I didn't do well in the interview.
It is fine if you reject someone but rudeness is not the correct way. Navan should take professional classes for their employees.
