The interview process of this organisation is broken. I have interviewed for the Software Engineering position at Navi and after 5 Rounds (Including cultural fitment Round) and 1 assignment, when the time comes for the offer letter release. The HR team ghosted me. when called again and again for the feedback, then the HR said they are "Unable to find out a suitable position for me".
My question to team Navi, "Why you guys waste candidates time, when at the end of the all rounds, you say no suitable position is there." If no suitable positions were available or a candidate lack any critical skills, you should tell this at initial rounds or reject the candidate at initial rounds. So that his time doesn't get wasted.
Suggestion for Navi: Reject candidate at initial level if they doesn't meet your requirement or if you don't have positions. Do not ghost them and send proper rejection mails.

Design parking lot with varrious vehicle types, multiple floors, multiple entry & exists, admin, parking attendent, parking attendent on entry gate can create ticket and return payment receipt, admin can create parking lot, add floors, add spots, differernt pricing for each vehicle type.
