Entrevista
Submitted my resume through LinkedIn. Got a response within a week by email for an in person interview with the CIO. Drove out to meet the CIO in another city and interviewed there. The offer came by email from HR. Negotiations were by email and completed within a week.

Entrevista
First I was contacted by HR, then I got a phone interview with the front-end lead, he was not happy with the code I share so he sent me an exercise to "understand my abilities as a Front End Developer":
"Build a single page "app" that nicely (but simply) animates the display of a 5 day forecast given a single input box with expected input of city, state (I should be able to keep changing the city/state to get a new forecast)...
The app should show responsive design and use openweather api.
I sent my exercise, after one week without news I asked for feedback to the Front-End Lead. I just received a rejection letter from HR.

Entrevista
Panel interview with the Director of User Experience and several practitioners on the UX team. The interview focused on engagement and delivery management, skills in the UX field and discussing how to approach different consulting scenarios. After the interview, there were several follow up conversations by phone with the Director of UX, who extended an official offer by email.
