The selection process started with an online Group Discussion conducted on Google Meet, where a group of 5 students participated together. The GD topic was “Is Internship Important or Not,” and each participant was given the opportunity to share their views, arguments, and opinions. Based on communication skills, confidence, and overall performance in the discussion, shortlisted candidates were then called for a personal interview after a few days.
