Interview was a two-step process. President was not in the first time so I was interviewed by the second in command. He asked me about my summer and what I had been doing, then he told me about the position and finally said that the President would be back in the following week and they would be in touch about a second interview. I had to call to follow up but I was invited in for a second interview, this time with the President. Got there at the scheduled appointment time, but no dice, President still not there. Had the exact same interview a second time with second in command, he offered me the job on the spot.
