One of the main parts of this interview was a sample transcription document. They encourage you to reach out if you have questions, but do not actually get back to you until after the assessment is due. They also deal with different platforms, and different jobs use different platforms. They send you documents in a different form and file than what you are interviewing for. It honestly makes zero sense.
