Interview required an initial screening call followed by an hour in person interview feeding back on a store visit and areas for improvement, short presentation on effective coaching and your approach to this and a 10 minute product presentation/ training session (This product could be anything and didn't need to be Neals Yard related)
Interview was laid back and relaxed - felt like time was wasted at this interview as they wanted a candidate with prior skincare retail experience which was clear I didn't have from application
