Initially I was contacted via phone by their HR recruiter; he was very outgoing and provided me with information of the position as well as a salary range. He then informed me that he would like to schedule an in-person interview and asked me about my availablity. I then met with the individual in charge at the Admin Construction Department; she also had a great personality and was very informative about what she would expect of me if I get hired. She also provided me with an overview of the focus of the company as a whole and informed me of the other departments in the company.
