Neeyamo came as a campus placement to my College and I was just about to pass out of college. I was placed in two other companies prior to this via campus placement, but they were taking their own sweet time in issuing the Offer Letters. Thus I went ahead to attend this campus drive. This was my third interview and probably one of the most grueling and tiresome interview experiences I had. Must give credit to the attention of detail they had. Every single one of the candidates were carefully selected right from the very first level of interview in such a way that only those that were actually aligning to the required profile were even allowed to move to the next round. Overall I liked the 'Feel' of the company, besides the fact that the HR were courteous, composed and knew exactly what was happening. There were 8 rounds of interviews in chronological order comprising of: 1. Written aptitude test 2. Group Discussion 3. 1st Level Interview with their Chief Mentor and Vice President 4. Self assessment test 5. Written creativity test 6. 2nd Level Interview with another Vice President 7. Interview with the CEO 8. Final Interview with another Vice President All this meant that while they started with about 300 odd candidates, there were only 4 others with me at the final round. Though the offer in terms of CTC was about 40% of that of what the two other previous companies had offered, I had a sense of satisfaction and most of all, hope, which is why I took it.

Many rounds but it was simple,too hectic at too the whole day and result was declaredother day. But the mangers were friendly and cooperative also they were very selective about their positions.Apptitude round was also there in the start. I cleared all.
