I went to a hiring event for the new Hudson Yards store in New York City. They pointed to a computer for me to fill out an online application, then I waited about 10 or 15 minutes to be interviewed by the manager of the area I had applied for. After that interview was over since that manager liked me I got a second interview with the GM of the store. I noticed that if they didn't like someone that they sent them on their way after the first interview.

This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
